Adam Grossman used to jump in the ocean to alleviate the discomfort of psoriasis. His skin always felt better after a salt-water soak, and the relief he found in seawater inspired him to learn more about how the ocean's nutrients can help soothe inflamed and irritated skin. Adam zeroed in on seaweed, and his research led him to create a line of all-natural seaweed bath products that are designed to help manage the symptoms of psoriasis and eczema and moisturize dry skin that needs nourishing.

The Seaweed Bath Co. combines seaweed from the nutrient-rich waters surrounding Nova Scotia and Ireland with natural ingredients such as kukui oil, vitamin E, aloe vera and Dead Sea salt. The seaweed comes in different forms. For the Ocean Fresh Whole Seaweed Detox Bath, brown seaweed is harvested by hand and enclosed in mesh (it’s like a tea bag for your bath). Powdered bladderwrack seaweed is combined with healing oils for the Wildly Natural Seaweed Powder Baths, and the Wildly Natural Seaweed Soothing Body Washes mix seaweed extract with kukui and neem oils.
