Haul It All

Kimberly Whitaker knows all about hauling stuff. As an interior designer for more than 25 years, she has lugged her share of fabric books, home accessories and paint samples to clients all over the Huntsville, Ala., region. When she needed a bag that was tough enough to carry a giant load yet chic enough to meet her design standards, Kimberly created her own.

The Haul Couture cargo bag is oversized to carry a lot of gear (up to 75 pounds), yet folds down flat for easy storage. It’s insulated, so you can tote picnic food or carry groceries. The exterior is made from designer upholstery fabric, and the interior is lined with water-resistant acetate for easy cleaning. For packing efficiency, Kimberly also created a system of stackable thin boards that you can layer in between the items you’re carrying for greater stability and protection.

Whether you’re headed for a tailgating party, going shopping or commuting to work, there’s room for all your stuff. The Haul Couture cargo bag also makes a great carry-on option. You can fit a purse, snacks, electronics, books and extra clothes in a single bag that fits overhead or under the seat. It’s chic, versatile, and puts an end to juggling multiple smaller bags and cases.
