When actress and artist Samantha Lockwood was in her late teens and working as a waitress, her grandmother suggested she wear a flower in her hair. It turned out to be a fun conversation starter with customers – and a stylish way to get bigger tips. But Samantha had a tough time keeping the flower fresh and in place for an entire shift. Her dilemma inspired an ingenious solution: jewelry that’s designed to nourish and display beautiful fresh flowers.

Samantha’s Fleurings creations are shaped like vases and hold just enough water for a special stem – such as a small orchid, daisy or mum. Her earrings and necklaces are finished in brushed gold, brushed silver or polished silver. They’re ideal for thin-stemmed flowers; thicker stems may need to be trimmed lengthwise to fit (or you can choose the larger opening necklace).
