I live in a renovated basement apartment...2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. I have no idea how many square feet, but the rooms aren't small. The bathroom and the larger bedroom get condensation on the floor, and bath towels don't dry. How ma...
@MBT: It doesn't sound like this would be a good solution for you. I would recommend getting a dehumidifier to remove the moisture from the air. Good luck! ...
stupid question, but are the shoe deodorizers supposed to be used when not being worn? if so, how long does it take to remove the smell?...
@jenny song: Yes, they are to be used in the shoe but not when you are wearing the shoe. I spoke to K.B. and he says that 10-12 hours in the shoe is what you will need to get rid of the smell. ...
The porous structure of bamboo charcoal provides countless tiny holes that effectively absorb odors and moisture.
Nature's Deodorizer
Until Ever Bamboo came along, the only thing renewable and sustainable in my gym bag was locker-room odor.
Ever Bamboo is a unique deodorizer. Made from bamboo charcoal it has an incredibly porous structure that allows it to absorb odors and moisture. These deodorizers are great for pet areas, basements, closets, lockers and other areas where odors and humidity tend to linger. They’re also great for all your sweaty gear; hockey bags, gym bags, shoes, boots, gloves and helmets.
Besides being an effective deodorizer, Ever Bamboo has a slew of eco-friendly benefits. It’s all natural, so you don’t have to subject your home or equipment to chemical deodorizers. Plus bamboo is a renewable resource because it grows so quickly. Produced by the Moso bamboo plant it grows two feet or more in a single day. These powerful charcoal packs remain effective for an entire year and they have a special feature: If you put them out in the sun for a few hours they’ll release any absorbed odors and moisture and recharge themselves, giving you renewed ability to fight odor and humidity.
This stuff really works. We put it the test with Kelly McInnis, a hockey player (hockey bags are notoriously smelly), who reported a dramatic improvement in just three days. We had to go all the way to Canada to find this earth-friendly solution to an age-old problem, but it was worth it to bring Ever Bamboo to the U.S. — consider it our contribution to the fight against unpleasant odors.
