Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. By paying for your purchase with a Credit Card, you authorize Daily Grommet to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order including shipping and any applicable sales tax (MA). Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed.
Shipping
Daily Grommet ships your order within 1 business day of order receipt.
We are offering a flat shipping fee of $5.95 for all shipments to the Continental US, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico and military APO addresses only; we charge $11.95 standard flat rate for orders shipping to AK/HI, unless otherwise noted. We do reserve the right to change the shipping fees for products warranting extraordinary shipping requirements (unusual weight, size).
We ship orders Monday-Friday with the exception of several holidays such as 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Daily Grommet Day.

Grommet Returns
We hope you enjoy and appreciate this Grommet. But if you find you are not fully satisfied, we would be glad to take the Grommet back. We require that you send the Grommet back to us within 15 days of it arriving. The Grommet must be unused and in perfect condition, unless you received it in broken or damaged condition. We’ll inspect the product and issue credit, but reserve the right to issue only a partial credit if the (poor) Grommet has been visibly used. Sorry, but shipping/handling costs on returned merchandise are your responsibility and will not be refunded in most cases. Please mail returns to our office address noted below. By the way, we donate returned Grommets to needy (and very grateful) women and children in a variety of shelters. So please pack them very carefully – thanks.

For your protection, you may want to use insured or certified mail, or choose one of the various services from UPS or FedEx to that you have a record of the return shipment.
In the unlikely case where you receive a product and it is damaged (unfortunately sometimes this happens in the shipping process), please contact us at folks@dailygrommet.com within five days of product receipt and provide information about the condition of the product. Please keep the shipping container and all the shipping materials. Once we receive your note we will process your claim and provide instructions for further handling of the product and packing materials.
